The Northshore has been designed for ten meter wide sites with a zero lot garage, and in this configuration comes with three bed rooms and a study. Alternatively it can be re-configured to four bedrooms. The living area is in the heart of the home and opens out to an afresco dining area. It is a typical long-house design.
