The Tribeca has been designed to provide a zoned living environment which promotes flexibility between private and communal interaction.  The multipurpose room is located at the front of the house adjacent the main bedroom away from the open plan living area.  The use of large timber verandah posts, batten screens and large overhangs give the home a relaxed resort style feel.
